Now in its final stages of completion, Eastern Shore Cosmetic Surgery was envisioned as a state-of-the-art, AAAHC-accredited surgical center that brings together advanced medical functionality with an elevated patient experience. Designed for Dr. James Koehler, the facility reflects a modern approach to cosmetic healthcare, one where architecture, comfort, Safety and clinical excellence work seamlessly together.
Located along the Gulf Coast, the project was intended to create an environment that feels sophisticated, calming, and welcoming from the moment patients arrive. Exterior architecture establishes a strong and timeless presence through clean lines, warm lighting, and carefully balanced material selections that complement the surrounding landscape while reinforcing the prestige of the practice.
The approximately 5,000 sq. ft. facility includes two fully equipped state of the art operating rooms and four private pre/post-operative suites, all designed to support efficiency, patient care, and comfort. Large windows, integrated lighting, and warm finishes help soften the clinical environment, creating spaces that feel modern and open without compromising functionality.
Throughout the project, the vision was to create more than just a surgical facility, it was to establish a destination that reflects the level of care and experience patients can expect from Dr. Koehler and his team. From the architectural presence to the interior detailing, Eastern Shore Cosmetic Surgery represents a balance of innovation, luxury, and thoughtful healthcare design, creating an environment where patients can truly experience personal excellence.
