Construction Administration

We provide the basic construction support stipulated by the AIA (American Institute of Architects). Throughout construction the role of the consultant is to assure strict compliance with the contract documents.

    A tasks related to construction administration include:

  •   Review of and action on shop drawing submittals
  •   Provide interpretation of construction documents
  •  Respond to RFI’s (requests for information) from the contractor
  •  Review change order requests
  •  Conduct an on-site seminar relating to design intent
  •  Conduct periodic site visits to review construction
  •  Attend project meetings
  •  Assist owner in obtaining training from equipment suppliers
  •  Prepare a punch list
  •  Closeout – conduct a final inspection and follow-through
